Reykjavik, Hallgrimskirkja Church

Hallgrimskirkja Church is the most dominate building of the Reykjavik Skyline. This unique church structure is made up of hexagonal columns designed to mirror a mountain of basaltic lava.

Some call it stunningly beautiful, others an enormous eyesore. I’d agree with the latter. Regardless, it’s worth going to the top to see the excellent views of the city.
