The picturesque old town of Tallinn, in Estonia, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It has become a popular tourist destination. Hoards of inebriated Scandinavians come by the boatload for the cheap boozes and the English come by low cost airlines for bachelor parties. The influx of tourists has been good for the economy but few locals remain in the old town. It is often described as a Disney land for tourists.
